Conscientious Classroom Management

This staff development program is designed to help new and veteran teachers develop a repertoire of research-based strategies to improve classroom management, time-on-task, and student achievement. This three part program helps teachers improve their lesson planning skills, incorporate high-engagement instructional strategies into their classrooms, and create a classroom climate that encourages students to become actively involved in their education while decreasing their potential to disrupt the educational process. Presentation style is interactive and includes “a touch of magic” to reinforce concepts. Dealing with difficult students and conflict resolution strategies are also included topics.

The full program consists of six, one-hour workshops presented over time to allow participants the opportunity to implement the strategies covered in the presentations, and then process their experiences in the next session. The workshop is also available as three two-hour workshops and as a 90 minute and 60 minute presentation.

Pricing Information

Full 6-hour workshop (either six one-hour sessions or three two-hour sessions) - $750 plus expenses.

90 minute presentation (contracting agency may choose topics to be covered) - $250 plus expenses.

60 minute presentation (contracting agency may choose topics to be covered) -$200 plus expenses.
